YELL Consumer Incentive Program

Incentive Program Details
- Bonus: Any bonus will be transferred by YELL into the YELL account of the Customer within 7 business days of earning the Bonus.
- Customer: A Customer is an individual who creates a YELL account and successfully completes the Customer verification process.
- Notification: Customers will be notified via email and/or in-app notification.
- Qualifying Transaction: A Qualifying Transaction is the purchase of goods or services using the YELL wallet or YELL debit card as the form of payment.
Qualifying Transactions exclude:
1. Gambling and purchases of CBD products
2. Peer-to-peer transfers between YELL Customers
3. Transfers from the Yell wallet to an externally linked bank account
4. Depositing funds into your Yell account from your externally linked bank account - Referral limitation: The referral Bonus may be earned no more than 10 times per Customer.
- Account Status: The Customer’s account must be open, active, and in good standing at the time of bonus payout. Accounts that are restricted, suspended, or in violation of YELL’s Terms may be ineligible.
- Updates: YELL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, modify, or suspend incentive offerings at any time. During any suspension period, incentives will be unavailable to new Customers.
- Multiple Incentives: A Customer may qualify for multiple incentives, subject to the limitations applicable to each incentive.
Spend Bonus
Eligibility:
Any new Customer that signs up will receive a one-time Bonus of $10 after spending their first $100 in Qualifying Transactions using the YELL wallet or YELL debit card.
Minimum Spend Requirement:
The $100 spend requirement must consist of settled, non-reversed, non-refunded qualifying transactions.
- Returned transactions
- Disputes
- Chargebacks
- Provisional credits
will not count toward the spend requirement.
Referral Bonus
A referral Bonus of $5 will be provided to both the referring Customer and the referred Customer if:
- The referred Customer has not previously held a YELL account, and
- The referred Customer signs up using the referring Customer’s unique referral code
Account Connection Bonus
Beginning April 7, 2026 customers will be eligible to receive a one-time promotional bonus of $5 after connecting at least one eligible bank account or credit card to their YELL wallet.
- Bonus will be deposited within 7 business days after completing the qualifying activity
- Limit one reward per individual
- Customer account must be open, active, and in good standing at the time of bonus fulfillment
- Duplicate, fraudulent, or non-compliant accounts are not eligible and may be disqualified at YELL’s discretion
Program Cap:

This incentive is limited to the first 2,000 Customers who meet the stated criteria, subject to YELL’s right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.
Incentive Program Monitoring Disclosure
At YELL, we actively monitor incentive programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, while protecting against misuse.
By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Monthly Audits & Spot Checks: Eligibility, rewards, and redemptions are reviewed monthly, with periodic unannounced checks
- Event-Driven & Annual Reviews: Specific incidents may trigger immediate investigation; a comprehensive annual review evaluates program effectiveness
- Data Analytics & Manual Reviews: Automated systems and manual review processes are used to detect suspicious activity or policy violations
- Record-Keeping & Feedback: Detailed logs and feedback channels are maintained for transparency and regulatory readiness
If misuse is identified, YELL may:
- Suspend or terminate participation
- Reverse or recover incentive payments
- Modify future incentive terms
YELL will cooperate with regulatory or law enforcement inquiries as required.

- Bank Relationship Disclosure:
Bangor Savings Bank does not sponsor, administer, or have any responsibility for this incentive program. All incentive-related services are provided solely by YELL Payment. - Tax Disclosure:
Bonuses and incentives may be considered taxable income. Customers are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes. YELL may issue required tax forms. - FDIC Disclosure:
YELL Payment is a financial technology company and not a bank. Banking services are provided by Bangor Savings Bank, Member FDIC.
FDIC insurance applies only in the event of bank failure and is subject to pass-through eligibility requirements. - Card Issuance Disclosure:
The YELL Mastercard® Debit Card is issued by Bangor Savings Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Mastercard International Incorporated. Spend anywhere Mastercard is accepted.
